I take a developmental approach to supervision. (What does that mean? - Glad you asked!) It means that I tailor my approach to the professional growth stage of each clinician. In the beginning, supervision will be more directive and structured and shift overtime to a more consultatory and collaborative approach.My goal is to help make sure you are an ethically-compliant, competent therapist who is clear and confident in the services you provide to your clients.

I want to help you find who you are as a therapist in order to approach your work authentically. I want you to love what you do so that you can do this for the long-haul if that’s your desire! It’s my desire to support your goals and professional development.
